ABOUT ME

In a world full of Agile Coaches, let me be your Agile Guide. A guide who will help you on your Agile journey as long as you need assistance, a partner who will make your journey much more easier and fun.
I like to consider myself a versatile professional: Besides the more established Agile mindset and frameworks, I'm not afraid of using other related practices like Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Management 3.0, Beyond Budgeting or Liberating Structures.
Although my academical training consisted of formal project management, somewhere along the way I have discovered the Agile values and I have embraced them ever since.
I have a proven track record in 4 different industries, such as Banking&Financial Services, Energy, Online Gambling or Retail, having covered roles like Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Product Owner.
I'm the founder of the local Liberating Structures meetup group and an active contributor in the Agile community.
Besides the regular 9 to 5 job, you may also find me on Upwork where I'm open to all sorts of tasks. Some of the things I already did there include writing (also ghostwriting), creation and facilitation of workshops, creation of all sorts of Agile materials (e.g. slide decks), consultations on various topics related to Agile etc.
